You can return items purchased from Marley's Pawsome Natural Dog Treats  within 30 days provided they are unopened, unused and undamaged. We will offer a full refund or an exchange. Return postage will only be covered if the item arrived damaged and you supply photographic proof and proof of purchase. For online orders please email customer services with your order number and photographs showing any damage before posting the item back. Exchanges are subject to stock availability; if exchanging for an item of higher value you will be asked to pay the difference, and if exchanging for an item of lower value the balance will be refunded. Please note opened or used consumable items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless they arrived damaged. Where return postage is covered by us due to a damaged delivery we will reimburse reasonable postage costs once we have received the photographic evidence and proof of purchase and have approved the claim. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method as soon as the returned goods have been inspected and approved and normally within a reasonable period following receipt.
